A: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Q: How long does it take to process my order and for delivery?

A: For orders within the U.S., we typically require 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) for handling and processing, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping and delivery.

For international orders, handling and processing take approximately 2–3 business days, and shipping & delivery generally take 5–8 business days, depending on the destination and local postal service.
